Renate Neumann

The works of painter Renate Neumann are filled with bright charm. With fluid brushstrokes, Renate expressively creates quiet landscapes and abstract forms, with simple and understated stylization. Renate's paintings are reminiscent of the work of Marc Chagall, in their elegant whimsy and imaginative interpretation of the natural world. Red, green and blue dominate her canvases in a balanced and luminous fashion; Renate is masterful in her ability to create a sense of inner light within her colors. Born in Chile, Renate Neuman has worked as a graphic designer before embarking on her career as a painter. Sought after by many clients, Renate has achieved success as a decorative and mural painter for private homes and businesses. She has exhibited her works widely in both Amsterdam and Chile. She currently lives and works in Santiago, Chile.

Claudia Parodi

The work of Claudia Parodi radiates energy through abstract forms and dynamic use of space. Claudia initiates a kind of internal dialogue in her canvases between the solid elements and the surrounding “loose” space by varying the levels of pigment. Thick, lush strokes of paint are balanced by sections of thin, ethereal washes of color. Her lucid color choices contribute to the sense of energy achieved here through balanced opposition. Color forms suggest intimate gestures and subtle movement, while the overall conceit of the paintings encourage the viewer to see the contrast between the internal world of the artist and outside world of the viewer. Claudia Parodi has shown her work in both group and solo exhibitions throughout her native country of Chile. She currently lives and works in Santiago, Chile.
