Tasting
Chile and International Club of DC. April 8th
It was a very special celebration of Chilean food,
wine, and hospitality. Members of the International Club of
DC attended this event to experience the rich culture of Chile
as well as hear from and meet the author of “Tasting Chile:
A Celebration of Authentic Chilean Food and Wines”, Daniel
Joelson. He shared his life and experiences while living in
Chile and signed copies of his book on Chilean cuisine.
